Typically our enrollment focuses on the recently-retired and/or highly-experienced experts in geosciences (geology, geophysics, petrophysics, rock mechanics, sequenced stratigraphy, etc.), land, and engineering (drilling, production, operations, reservoir, etc.), as well as management, human resources, finance, marketing, sales, business development and executive level talent. (Delete: but we are specifically looking for recently-retired and/or highly-experienced experts who are geoscientists, engineers, product/process/project development professionals from the upstream energy industry.)

Yes. Each client is supported by a dedicated TKS resource; some TKS Client Contact Managers support more than one client. TKS uses a variety of tools to match your skills to assignments at the client company. These include a searchable resume database, individual skill profiles, TKS proprietary algorithm search tools, personal contacts and discussions. To facilitate this matching, it is important that you provide as much information as possible about your skills, experience, and interests when enrolling with TKS. It is important to provide a complete resume, as this document is used most frequently for matching and may be shared with the client.
